Privacy Policy
Information handled by RuleMithra
RuleMithra stores account details supplied during registration, optional profile information, mock-test and daily-challenge attempts, answers and results, orders, access permissions, support requests, question reports and account-deletion requests. Sign-in sessions use browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical request and security logs.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver practice tests, save progress and results, manage access and orders, answer support requests and investigate reported problems. RuleMithra is an independent educational platform; practice results do not determine official examination outcomes.
Service providers
The application uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database, authentication and private file storage. When payment processing is enabled, payment details are entered through PayU; RuleMithra records order amounts, payment status and provider references. Administrator-submitted source documents and question-generation instructions may be processed by Google Gemini. Do not include unnecessary personal information in study-source documents or support messages.
Access and retention
Candidates can review their profile, saved attempts, orders and support history in the dashboard. Administrators receive access according to assigned permissions. Access to purchased or assigned materials ends according to the recorded validity period.
A signed-in candidate can request account deletion in the dashboard. After identity and retention review, the sign-in identity is disabled/removed and direct profile and support identifiers are removed. Transaction, audit and attempt records may be retained under an internal account identifier for operational, dispute and recordkeeping purposes. This is not a promise that every historical record or backup is immediately erased. Contact support with a specific access, correction or deletion request.
